Before I write a line of code I draw every flow and screen, and hand you a prototype you can actually click through. You feel how it works and sign it off before anything gets built.
02 Build
Custom CRMs, admin panels and operational dashboards shaped around your actual process. Where a step is genuinely slow, AI goes inside it — I built Vuci, an AI-native platform, so I know where that pays and where it's decoration.
03 Maintain
Deployment, monitoring, the on-call phone — on whatever it runs on. DigitalOcean, AWS, Google, Azure or your own metal: I work to your stack rather than moving you onto mine.

Launch is the start of the interesting part. I plug in the tooling I've already built for my own products — so you get it working on day one instead of paying to have it invented.
